I believe that in business you have to have partnerships. The due diligence is really important.
Typically, you are not the same type of person but you compliment each other. Just be honest with your partner, be real, say things as they are, don’t sugarcoat.
Relationships should be a natural thing. Give it time, don’t rush things.
I believe that you have to make sure that they’re happy and are taken care of and if you do that, then they’ll take care of you, that’s karma, that’s the way of the universe.

Wow great job getting Dan to do an interview with you! He is the mentor to Dan Lok, an entrepreneur from Vancouver whom I have come to know quite well. Dan (Lok) talks about the impact Dan Pena had on his life all the time. Now I know why!
You mentioned Napoleon Hill and Outwitting book, you wanted to continue but you were interrupted by Dan, what did you want to say?
